CURRENT GROUP CLASSES OFFERED

Power Pilates Matwork 
An energetic class of Matwork exercises frequently using weighted balls, fitness circles and bands to intensify the workout in a fast-paced, fun environment without losing the integrity of pure Pilates.  Lengthen, tone, and strengthen your core.  This class is a great, challenging workout and is designed for conditioned individuals but can be modified for all levels.  Prior Pilates experience a plus but not necessary.

  • SCHEDULE: Mondays from 8-8:55am, Tuesdays from 6:30-7:25pm
  • RATE: 1 CLASS (drop-in): $13, or 8-WEEK SESSION: $88 ($11/CLASS)

Piloxing
Piloxing mixes Pilates and boxing moves in a workout that will make you sweat and empower you by using muscle sculpting, interval training and core strengthening.  Piloxing merges the lengthening, toning and flexibility of Pilates with the power and speed of boxing while stimulating overall aerobic fitness.  In sum, this is the blend of cardio and Pilates you have been looking for, incorporating stress-relieving boxing, dance and fun music.  Come join us for a new fun and challenging way to work out!

  • SCHEDULE: Thursdays from 6:00-6:55pm
  • RATE: 1 CLASS (drop-in): $15, or 8-WEEK SESSION: $104 ($13/CLASS)

DUETS
During a duet session you and your chosen workout partner will work side by side in exploring the various levels and benefits of a consistent Pilates practice.  This is a great way to share your Pilates passion with a partner while you get personalized training attention at a savings. Duet sessions are able to accommodate clients at all levels and include Pilates reformer and mat repertoire, TRX, and a variety of weights and props.

  • 1 SESSION: $30/person
  • 5 SESSION PACKAGE: $28/person/session ($140)
  • 10 SESSION PACKAGE: $25/person/session ($250)
PRIVATE SESSIONS
This private session is tailored specifically to you.  The focus is on your mind-body health and goals.  During a private session, your instructor and you will choose from the Pilates reformer, matwork, bosu, TRX, cardio conditioning and weight training based on your goals and the needs of your body.
  • 1 SESSION: $60/session
  • 5 SESSION PACKAGE: $55/session ($275)
  • 10 SESSION PACKAGE: $50/session ($500)
